Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Oliver Signs & Embroidery.

Prices. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing rate. Volume discounts apply per line item and are not cumulative across the order.

Artwork. A one-off digitising charge applies to each new logo or text block. You confirm you hold the rights to any artwork you supply, and you indemnify us against claims arising from its use.

Decorated goods. Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. Please check your approval proof carefully.

Colour. Garment and thread colours shown on screen are a guide. Dye lots vary between batches.
